Cowen Design Group LLC is a woman-owned small business that provides professional construction design services for institutional and government clients, with discipline expertise in civil engineering, sustainable design, master planning, value engineering, and landscape architecture.

Since establishment in 2006, AST Cowen Design Group LLC has been provided land development design services for more than 75 domestic and international projects with the U. S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Laboratory Campus, National Archives and Records Administration, Department of Defense’s Washington Headquarters Services, and General Services Administration.

Cowen Design Group has significant experience consulting within multi-disciplinary project teams for the design and construction of new buildings, renovations, and security upgrades for federal and institutional stakeholders in the Washington DC metropolitan area, and for federal facilities around the world. All of these projects required design professionals with appropriate education and experience.
