Brian Utterback, PE, is a Senior Civil Engineer and Senior Project Manager with the Cowen Design Group. With over 19 years of experience working in Northern Virginia as a civil engineer, Brian has navigated the site development process for numerous local jurisdictions and for a variety of projects and clients including: institutional, government, parks, and healthcare. Brian enjoys the different challenges each site development project presents and the process of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including clients, multi-disciplinary Architecture and Engineering teams, and local review agencies and utility providers.
