Jeffrey Larioni, PE, is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer for AST Cowen Design Group LLC. He has over 15 years professional Civil Engineering design and project management experience. His project work varies widely in both scale and complexity, from small residential and campus settings in Greater Washington DC, to complex global projects.

He frequently serves as the discipline lead for Civil Engineering within the larger architecture and engineering team. His project management experience spans all phases of project development through implementation and construction support. This includes initial planning and feasibility studies, rezoning and subdivision, site inspections and survey, and schematic design. For each project, Jeff delivers quality and efficient design, schedule, budget, and constructability.
