Navid Roshan-Afshar, PE, is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer at the Cowen Design Group. He leverages over 18 years in site development of commercial, residential, domestic federal, and diplomatic facility design on Cowen Design Group’s multi-disciplinary design teams to successfully deliver projects that are on schedule and align to the client’s expectations. He has led the civil design and construction of 26 state department projects around the globe. He provides senior management expertise in addressing the constraints and unique challenges of overseas construction. As a LEED Green Associate, he pursues all design solutions with the concepts of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
