Navid Roshan-Afshar, PE, is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer at Cowen Design Group. He leverages over 20+ years in site development of commercial, residential, domestic federal, and diplomatic facility design on Cowen Design Group’s multi-disciplinary design teams to successfully deliver projects that are on schedule and align to the client’s expectations. He has led the civil design and construction of 30+ state department projects around the globe. He provides senior management expertise in addressing the constraints and unique challenges of overseas construction.

 

Navid provides leading technological advancement of civil site design modeling and BIM integration using Navisworks, Revit, and Civil3d coordinating design systems between buildings and compounds in a unified workflow that avoids gaps in coordination.
